He even went out of his way when the buyer wanted to take a specific TV mount that only fit her TV he found one on the Internet for her and gave it to her so that she could still mount her TV since she wasn’t allowed to take it as it was bolted to the wall! Dan is a great guy. He always listens. He’s always got a positive outlook and he’s always working to close the deal but not with the pressure.
