When my wife and I were in search of our first single-family home, we knew it was probably going to take some time and a lot of patience. Our realtor Allen knew that as well and he never once tried to rush our search. He even told us to be patient, especially in a time when the market wasn't so great and it was tough to find the right home. But he never stopped being there for us when we did find something we liked and he would pursue every home we were interested in. He helped us make the fairest offers always within our budget. With Allen's help and guidance, our patience paid off and we finally got the house we wanted.

I am a first time homebuyer and John was so patient with me throughout the entire process. He’s taught me so much along the way and I can’t thank him enough! He is just a genuinely good person and will look out for your best interest.
