After having our townhouse on the market for over 6 months and no real interest. We asked Kimberly if she was able to sell a co-op and she said definitely. We were under the impression that only certain realtors could sell them. Our listing had expired and we were eager to sell since we had already bought another house and moved in. She came in and had it deep cleaned again. She also painted the walls I was told not to bother with (even though I wanted to). She put it on the market and sold it in four days! She was amazing. Such a caring person. She made the whole sale smooth and easy! She even bought a pretty wreath and doormat to give it a more welcome and inviting presence.
