My son and I planned to meet with several agents who specialize in the Northwood and Northwood point Real Estate Market. We had a meeting with Jordan and we were so impressed by his knowleadge, kind personality and all that he does for his customers that we decided to give him the listing on the spot. I’m so happy that we chose him and hope to work with him again on other projects. My Son and I are both in the Real Estate industry and can appreciate the benefits of working with a true professional who really cares about his customers. I've been a life-long renter and over the course of the last few months (from my knit-picky home preferences to keeping on top of all the odds and ends regarding the escrow process, seller/seller agent communications, and all the detailed explanations on not only the "how" the process goes, but the "why" the process goes as it does to get us to the signing table, you anticipated my questions before I even needed to ask them and always kept me knowledgeable pre and post-step EVERY step of the way without fail. Outside of just the buying process of my first home, on a personal note, I want to express my immense appreciation and gratitude for you taking out the time to educate me on the process, interactivities, and time tables. This education and all patience as we looked at so many properties helped me to have utmost self-confidence in my knowledge regarding the technical side real estate.
