Eric was very knowledgeable in a variety of areas I needed expertise.

The sale took longer than I had anticipated only because my house was so OUTDATED. Eric was always so positive and gave great suggestions on minimal ways to update the house to get it to sell. Once I did complete the improvements the house sold in a matter of 2 months. Very pleased with the outcome.
