I had such an amazing experience working with her. From the very start of making the offer all the way through closing, she was by my side every step of the way. She doesn’t just work like a traditional Realtor—she truly cares. She even helped me set up all my new accounts for electricity, gas, water, and trash. She got my offer accepted in just one day and closed the whole deal in only 8 days! Honestly, if you don’t count the weekend, it was really only 6 days. That’s incredible! What I appreciated the most is how available she always was. I could call or text her any time—even at night—and she would always respond quickly. She’s so friendly, supportive, and really knows her stuff in real estate. As a first-time buyer, I was nervous about things like making the EMD and final wire transfer, but she went with me to the bank each time to make sure I felt safe and confident. That kind of support meant everything to me. If you’re unsure about anything, even what EMD is, she will explain it clearly and make sure you fully understand. This review isn’t sponsored by anyone or any company. It’s just me, a very happy buyer, who truly closed with her in record time. If you’re looking for the best Realtor in the Little Saigon area, she’s the one. You won’t go wrong with her!
