Dee did an amazing job representing us. She is a jewel among many fakes. My husband and I have been serious real estate investors for 40 plus years in northern California. I know the industry very well and have dealt with MANY brokers. She is a real find. She did not always tell us what we wanted to hear, but always gave quality, well supported advice. She did her homework and presented ideas and alternatives to get the job done. Her professionalism stands high above the vast majority of lame brokers and agents in orange county. As our experience with her was on the listing side, I had the opportunity to see how other buyers agents showed the property and answered (or not) buyers questions. Generally, most did a deplorable job This is a tough business and there are many who do this on the side from their "real" job. Dee is a full-time broker and is the real deal. This is her passion She will look out for your interests exclusively, but also being ethical with the other side of the transaction. We cannot recommend her high enough. She is one of the few true professionals in this business that really "gets it". You can be assured you have her full attention working with her. She is selective as to the clients she chooses to rep[resent. So if you are not serious about buying or selling, and you just want someone to take you on endless weekend tours of property or list your home with unrealistic expectations, she is not the right one. But if you are serious about buying or selling and want a true professional to represent you who tirelessly works, and gets positive results, give her a chance to demonstrate how an ethical and professional realtor works. If you are lucky enough for her to accept you as a client, you will be very happy you made that choice.

First of, I have to say “ thank you” thank you so much to my realtor also my friend Andrew. I have known Andrew since he helped me with the loan for my first house. I was very shy I didn’t know if I could get the house that Andrew was a listing agent. But the first time I saw him, he looked at me and he told me this “ I will help you get this house” I believed him. But I was so worried about if my loan was going through, and after a few weeks, Andrew worked with me in every little detail what I needed to get my loan approved and it was easy like that, Andrew helped me get my first house. And about 9th Street house, it was a great purchase for me ever. Andrew again, has helped me. He negotiated for me $50k less than the listing price, while we were in a very hot seller market of 2021. I was expecting to pay full price for it. Andrew closed the purchase for me and the loan in 2 weeks. I couldn’t believe it went through that fast. 9th street house is the best investment I ever made.
