And about 9th Street house, it was a great purchase for me ever. Andrew again, has helped me. He negotiated for me $50k less than the listing price, while we were in a very hot seller market of 2021. I was expecting to pay full price for it. Andrew closed the purchase for me and the loan in 2 weeks. I couldn’t believe it went through that fast. 9th street house is the best investment I ever made.
