Brit helped me navigate through my first couple of real estate sales. Prior to meeting her, I only purchased real estate, had not sold. Because I did not have positive relations previously with realtors, I had my home up "for sale by owner". Brit patiently walked me through how she could help and gave me a fair deal. Whenever there were challenges, she was there to explain and comfort me as stress hit high levels occasionally! I decided to work with her out of the hundreds of realtors that attempted to get my business because she never patronized me about lowering my price or expectations! In fact, she constantly kept up on comps and recommended I could possibly increase my price. She is a top notch professional!

She was able to get us in and visit most of the properties that we wanted to look at in such a short time and was able to help us get the property that we wanted to in such a great price!
