In my first conversation with her, I realize she is someone I need to help me to purchase a home. My wife and I found a home that checked off a lot of the items on our list and made a good faith offer to the seller and got accepted. We figured this would be a quick close, but we ran into a little problem in that the seller decided to back out of the deal. They were pulling various stunts to frustrate us and to get us to cancel.
