You honestly can’t find a better realtor than Matthew. We got so lucky in finding him when looking to buy a house in Murrieta. I found a house on Zillow that I knew was it for me. Matthew knew exactly what kind of offer I needed to put in to beat out the competition and he was right! We live in Japan and are relocating to California so everything had to be done with a time difference and we had to trust him because we weren’t there. I am so glad we did. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make sure we closed. He did so much work for us, I honestly don’t know how he managed it. He took care of finding the contractor we needed for flooring before buying. He was there and checked on work that needed to be done. He made sure that we could be present (via video) during the inspection and that we understood everything the inspector was telling us. He answered all our questions and was in constant contact with the lender so we were all always on the same page. It was like he just never stopped making sure that we had absolutely nothing to worry about except for signing papers and being excited about our new home. This isn’t the first home I have ever bought so I have been through the process before and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, no one will work harder to make your home dreams come true, than Matthew. This was one of the smoothest and easiest purchases I have ever made and I know it was all thanks to him and how he made sure he took care of everything for us.
