He talked us through our options and did some rough estimates of what we could expect in the sale of both houses and listened to what we were looking for in a new home. When the pandemic happened, he made sure our homes were safely viewed and had plenty of gorgeous pictures online to showcase both properties. I was pregnant at the time so he was always concerned about my health. We ended up selling our home fast! He got my parents' home sold as well.
