We needed a realtor to not only help sell our home, but also my parents' and assist us in finding a new home big enough for our combined households. We've worked with Chad in the past and had good experiences so we naturally called him up. Once again, he did a phenomenal job! He talked us through our options and did some rough estimates of what we could expect in the sale of both houses and listened to what we were looking for in a new home. When the pandemic happened, he made sure our homes were safely viewed and had plenty of gorgeous pictures online to showcase both properties.
