I’ve worked with 4 different agents before and Philip Justice is hands down the best there is. Top notch communication and negotiation skills. He got us 70k over our asking price. He is very well connected with other agents, buyers and trade workers. He can make the impossible happen. He has also represented us twice as buyers and helped us both times buy homes that were highly desired with multiple other offers, negotiate the deal to where we were the buyers who got the home. He treated us like family and was always available to talk. Never in any hurry to get off the phone. Showed us many properties happily. I would recommend him to anyone.
