Words alone cannot describe how great and amazing Albert and Karina were in helping us sell our home at a great value and timeline that exceeded our expectations. If I can give them 10 stars out of 5, I would! From the very beginning, they were very prepared, deeply engaged, and had a very solid game plan and strategy for my complex situation (corporate relocation to another state so need to sell and close fast). They showed great finesse, excellent negotiation skills, and ultimately, they blew me away with the amount of showings and offers we got for our house! They overdelivered on every item on the checklist. I highly recommend them, and I would absolutely use them again on the purchasing side should I find myself moving back to Southern California.

She was invaluable to getting my house in tip top shape to sell, marketing it, and closing escrow at a time when market changes were occurring on a daily basis.
