She guided me through every step of the sale and answered all questions I had. Missy was patient and understanding of my hectic schedule since I was commuting from one part of the state to the other. She even provided tidbits to help me buy a house in a different market.

Mike was very good in keeping us updated with the buyer process and worked closely with the buyer and seller to work out any issues that both could agree with cost or approvals. After the 2 buyers fell out of escrow he was able to work again with the 1st buyer to close the deal in a shorter time. The buyer and seller are happy with the closing of the house escrow.
