I can't recommend Andrea enough! As a first-time home buyer, Andrea made this process smooth and easy. She was ALWAYS there to answer my text and calls all days of the week and never fails to provide me with first-hand updates. She is also highly knowledgeable and patient. She sat down with me and explained every page and every line of the documents that I needed to sign (twice)! Most importantly, I did not feel rushed throughout the process. Andrea made sure I was comfortable every step along the way from the offer to contingency removal - she was there to protect me as a client. We competed against cash offers but Andrea made it happen with her excellent business acumen and professionalism.
