Candice was the best real estate agent we have ever worked with! She is so thorough, knowledgable, professional, personable and "gets it." Candice took us on a tour of a bunch of neighborhoods before we started our search and truly put in the time and effort to understand our needs. When it came down to purchasing a home, she knew the right strategies to suggest for our offer to be accepted and we got the house with many many other offers on the table! Candice works tirelessly to ensure her clients needs are always met and we are so grateful that we got to work with her.

The specifics of our home sale were rather sad as we’d lost our father who had lived in the home for 40 years. With so much to do as out of state sellers it was Steven who made the difference. His advice and resourceful contractor connections allowed us to completely clean up and renovate the property with lightening efficiency. After the work was completed our home sold in 8 days above asking price. This would not have been possible without his guidance. I highly recommend this talented and seasoned real estate proffesional.
