I had known Rita for over 20 years as a property manager for the HOA that I was on the board of, so when I needed to sell my house, of course, she was the person to call. It was a difficult market at the time, and Rita did everything possible to get the property sold, help me with the transition from a large house, to a small apartment, and putting the house in it's best possible condition and appearance to facilitate a sale. Her expertise and knowledge of the real estate market at the time was essential and she got me the best deal. She's really great, and I can highly recommend her.
