While my home was in great condition, he took the necessary steps and actions in the staging of the home by making minor cosmetic changes and recommendations and had a very successful first Open House. Fortunately, the house was on the market for a very short period of time before we accepted a very fair offer which was above listed price. He understood my level of stress/anxiety and made the entire process and transition incredibly smooth. He also went above and beyond his normal responsibilities and assisted me with the necessary changes that needed to be completed upon review of the inspection report. Mark was not only successful in achieving the goal on the sale of our house, but did his diligence in assisting us in the purchase of a new home in the Orange County area.
