This was our second time working with Patti and our experience with her was just as positive this time as it was the first. She is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, two attributes that were really important to us because purchasing a home is stressful and time consuming. We hope to stay in our home for a long time, but if we move again we will be using Patti as our agent!

Bill has been great from day one! My wife and I were looking at a house with a very unorganized agent. The other agent told us he was given the wrong code for a house so he was going to make a phone call, Then he jumped in his car and left. My wife and I called him 15mins later with no response. So my wife said "I'm calling the selling agent", and that's when we met Bill. Bill listened to all of our "wants" and "needs" in a home and he made sure to send us all home info fitting the criteria. It was a pleasure working with Bill, he was quick to respond, quick to set up home viewings, and very knowledgeable with the current market trends.
