Tracy has worked with us and closed three sales of difficult properties in a timely and professional fashion. She has the rare ability to work with people from all walks of life, to work with you whether you are selling a small condo in Laguna Woods or a large home. When we initially started our home search my husband and I had two different ideas of the ideal home. Tracy was able to find homes to show us that often met both of our wants. Having the talent to understand the commonalities when a couple has different requests makes finding the perfect home that both agree to and love a faster and more pleasant experience. I'm a first time and older (40s) homebuyer that over prepares and asks a lot of questions.<br/><br/>We started looking from out of state two years ago and we are about to close on our first home.<br/><br/>Tracy has been working with us the entire time since I happened to get lucky and have her answer the phone on a property that I was no where near ready to buy. I gave her every reason not to work with me but she was always there to help... Never pushy... Tracy is a true professional in every sense of the word. There is no question that she had our best interest at heart every step of the way. The result is that we would recommend her to anyone and everyone; and already have. In fact, I was skeptical about a year ago when we started thinking about moving when I saw the 2.5% that a realtor would make. Now I know that the correct word is “earn” because Tracy has worked so hard for us and made the end of our story possible.<br/><br/>About a year ago when we thought about listing our house, we were in a position like so many others where we didn’t think we would sell for what we owed. Given the inventory in our neighborhood, Tracy gave us great advice and sure enough, we sold quickly and for far more than we thought possible.<br/><br/>In terms of finding us a home to buy, she was great. We were picky and knew exactly what we wanted and where we wanted it. We had it down to neighborhoods in one city. She knew this and worked tirelessly to find the right house for us. She even had flyers sent to houses in those neighborhoods saying she wasn’t looking for a listing but that she had serious buyers. Again, she focused on us not herself. When the perfect house came on the market, we were in it the next day, had an offer written up that evening, and she was negotiating on our behalf the next day. We even needed a short term, fully furnished rental to get us through the time gap from closing date to closing date and she helped with that too. <br/><br/>Now, as we wait to move into our new home in a few weeks, she’s helping with lining up painters, working with the owner to get flooring matches and information, and just about everything else. <br/><br/>The long and the short of it is that Tracy has been unbelievable. For anyone who wonders about the “value” of a full-service realtor, I can assure you, you will get the value 10-fold with Tracy.
