Being first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect and we were completely unfamiliar with the home buying process. Bridget went above and beyond to educate us and guide us through every step of the way. She is very easy to work with, quick to respond at all hours, and worked everything around our schedule. From day 1 to closing, she kept us on track and took the time to explain every document. After we found the home we were interested in, Bridget helped us submit an offer. We were looking to close on the home quickly, in just a few weeks. She is surrounded by an amazing team that moves quickly and was able to get us a home inspection in a matter of hours to meet our timeline. Even after closing, it didn't end there. Bridget even helped us post-closing by providing us all information on local utilities and provided multiple references should we need anything including gardeners, pool maintenance, home cleaning, etc. Its also worth mentioning that Bridget has a background as an English teacher in the local area and is an amazing writer which was super helpful when writing our letter to the seller which was a nice bonus. She was incredibly patient with us, well organized, and an excellent coordinator. I highly recommend Bridget for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We couldn't be happier and are now in the home we've always dreamt of.
