Liz Nemecheck and Jennifer Matsumoto are the best! They were referred to us by a friend and we are so glad we got the chance to work with them. As first time buyers, we felt they smoothly walked us through every point of the process. All our questions were answered and everything was worked through in a timely manner. Without them, we’re not sure we would have found what we were looking for in the city of Orange. Honestly, we did not know exactly we were looking for, but they helped us think about our non-negotiables and what was important to us. We will be sure to recommend them to our friends and family.

Nancy has been selling homes for many decades, and she is remarkable. She made the purchase of our home easy, and stress-free. She had great knowledge of the local market, as well as a general understanding of what is going on in the real estate industry at the moment. She has consistent and clear communication skills, and was also very responsive, answering all our questions, and clarifying any situations or issues which we didn’t understand or confused us. Furthermore, her communication skills and responsiveness to our inquiries were outstanding. She was always on time, very professional, has great charisma and the ability to communicate well with other real estate agents too. She fought for us during our purchase, and her ability to handle negotiations was strong and effective. If we purchase another home in the future, or sell the one we currently own, I would not hesitate to contact Nancy Dresser. She does her job extremely well, and really takes fabulous care of her clients.

Thank you so much Jonathan Rodriguez My family is so happy in our new home. It was a pleasure knowing you 🙏
