Katie made our home search so wonderful, every question we asked she kindly responded and was so understanding! She made our process go smoothly and informed us of all things we didn’t know as being a first home buyer! She was so patient with us in our decisions and would keep us posted daily! Marite was a Godsend!!!! As we casually kept a eye on the housing listings, we randomly went to an open house and fell in love with the house. We checked yelp and Marite and team just jump out us. We sent her a message and she called us within 30 mins. The first words out of our mouths were, "Help, we found a house!! and they need offers by Tuesday!!!" (Mind you it was Saturday night)... She went all in and began making calls/text to the listing agent. Our offer was accepted as Marite's reputation of being a great realtor led the way!!! She was with us every step of the way with constant updates and next steps. After all was closed with the purchase and seeing how great she was during that experience, we decided to have her list the home we now need to sell. Again, absolutely above and beyond we what we could have hoped for. Great advising during the whole process and got us WELL over listing price. The way everything happened and worked out just makes it seem like Marite was meant to be in our path and part of our next journey. We will definitely recommend her to everyone and will call her and her team in a heartbeat when/if needed. She made us a life-long customers but more importantly friends!!!
