Paul is one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with. He knew the prices of all the homes in the area and suggested the selling price that was in line with my own research. After only a few days we received a number of offers and with that, we needed some work going through them to make sure we were fair to all parties. We then accepted the best offer and moved into escrow where everything went smoothly all the way to the closing. I couldn’t be happier with Paul and his team.

She is sweet, relaxed (no pressure), yet very attentive to our needs and has a lot of experience. Because we were first time homebuyers, we texted her with all types of random questions. She responded quickly and accurately and worked late into the night to meet deadlines and ensure that everything went smooth (it did). She showed us that buying a home requires a strategic approach to get the best deal and it’s not just about money.
