Adam and Christine have been working with my mom for about 10 years. For that period of time they have taken her to look at smaller one story houses to better suit her needs as she’s gotten older and has had a harder time getting around. They have been beyond kind and patient with her. I knew from the beginning and told them that she would probably not ever be able to follow through with moving because of her emotional attachment to her home which she shared with my dad for decades. They still continued to oblige my mother and take her to look at houses when she would get the itch. However, after her stroke last summer, my mom was left unable to live by herself. At this time, we moved her into assisted living. Adam and Christine were right there to help us with the entire process of my mom's house. They told us different options, and gave us information and contacts to do an estate sale and clean out. Then, once the house was cleaned out, they educated us about doing upgrades to the house before selling it or selling it as is. Once the house was listed, they sold it quickly and at a great price! Adam and Christine live in the same neighborhood as my mom and have helped her on a personal level more times than I can count. They were such a blessing to my mom and to my family, and helped us through a very difficult transition. We couldn’t have asked for better Realtors through this process!!

Working with Scott Miller at Coldwell Banker exceeded all of my family's expectations. My sister and her husband worked with Scott for over 3 years to find the perfect house for them. When it came time for my parents to sell their home of 44 years, Scott was the person they entrusted to downsize. He was incredibly patient and took the time to sit down with my parents to discuss their options and view different homes. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and relieved their stress level. After the purchase of the townhouse, Scott was readily available to help with issues that arose such as finding painters, landscapers, home security agents, etc. He is very professional, personable, efficient, honest, determined and has a vast knowledge of all of the aspects of the business. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously ease my parents' fear of transitioning to a smaller place. I highly recommend hiring Scott Miller!!!!

Lori is fantastic! We have used her several times and each time she is efficient and knowledgeable, not to mention personable as well. She knows the area very well, in addition to the process of buying and selling homes. She is quick to return phone calls and process any paperwork that might be needed. We feel fortunate to have found her and been able to use her. No one should ever hesitate use her for her services.
