The experience was like a rollercoaster ride but Ms. Ann was there to make sure our safety gear was secure. There were many days that I was ready to give up and she continued to explain and encourage. She worked hard to help us secure a place to call home.

Claudia helped me find our perfect house. Claudia has the resources, knowledge and an eye for detail in every walk-through that we did. And we looked at many houses we looked at a total of 30 houses and Claudia never showed any frustration at our pursuit for our home. She can walk through a house and give you every detail of the construction and can point out any flaws that most people would never notice. Claudia is like family and went way over the typical real estate agent’s abilities in helping us. And she seamlessly processed our home pursuit and linked us with the VA loan process, and the Escrow process, everything was seamless, painless, and almost fun. The paperwork was all done by DocuSign. I could not have asked for a more professional, caring agent; and she even has contacts in every aspect, including the selling agents. It’s quite amazing what Claudia Negrete can produce for you and your pursuit of your perfect home.

Denine gave us immediate wonderful advice on pricing. She was diligent to insure that we obtained a fair market price. Backup buyers were always procured and considered. When our original buyer failed, Denine brought in a backup buyer at a slightly higher price. Her communication was clear and frequent throughout the process. She always answered our questions in a very timely manner. I could not have been happier with her help and overall performance and would highly recommend her services to anyone in her area.
