Working with Toni Palacios was Great. Toni first helped me three years ago when I purchased my condo. Most recently she sold my condo during this Covid pandemic and helped me purchase my new home. She was always available and keep me informed through the whole process. Toni also became a good friend to me and my family helping out with anything she can. I highly recommend Toni Palacious and than her for everything!

Dee did an amazing job representing us. She is a jewel among many fakes. My husband and I have been serious real estate investors for 40 plus years in northern California. I know the industry very well and have dealt with MANY brokers. She is a real find. She did not always tell us what we wanted to hear, but always gave quality, well supported advice. So if you are not serious about buying or selling, and you just want someone to take you on endless weekend tours of property or list your home with unrealistic expectations, she is not the right one. But if you are serious about buying or selling and want a true professional to represent you who tirelessly works, and gets positive results, give her a chance to demonstrate how an ethical and professional realtor works. Carin is an extremely capable, professional and hard working realtor who is exactly the right person for these times, in a tough economy.
