Veni is outstanding and does not shy away from a challenge! She confidently threaded a very tight needle for our needs: sell our unit as quickly as possible, with the highest price possible, and without conceding too much on the backend - all in a declining market! She priced it perfectly, hammered all the selling points, found a buyer the first weekend we had an open house, and negotiated fiercely on our behalf. You seriously can't ask for anything better!
