Jami located, presented and closed on a property for me in Redondo Beach sight unseen on my part. I trusted Jami as my eyes and ears, I told her what I was looking for and she skillfully handled it from start to finish. I was out of town, and showed up after it was closed to see it for the first time. Her selection surpassed my expectations. I don't recommend that people follow this sight unseen formula, but Jami's attention to detail that included the inspection, HOA etc. gave me peace of mind in those areas that can be trouble. I'd give her 10 stars if they allowed it!

It was an easy choice to select Elizabeth as my realtor when I decided to sell my parent’s home as she had cared to keep in touch with me since my mom’s passing in 2015. No pressure to sell, just letting me know she was there if I needed anything. Elizabeth is honest, straightforward and very organized! She was there every step of my journey, answering questions and offering a listening ear when I needed one. Any loose ends towards making the house ready for sale we’re taken care of. She visited the property every few days to make sure the property was secure. Her virtual tour of the house was beautiful! But most of all, Elizabeth can be trusted. With integrity, she sincerely cared about the property and me personally. She knew the sale was emotionally difficult for me but she paved the way for a smooth transition. Her sense of humor, professionalism and meticulous attention to detail helped us get a great price for my property. I will use her again for a realtor…a keeper in this field where most care about the money more than the person. But, more importantly because of a shared value system, I’ve also gained a new friend!
