Matthew Madruga did an amazing job with the sale of my home from start to finish he was hands on with helping to finish some repairs before listing, beautiful photos for the listing, always willing to spruce things up before showings in anyway possible and finally helping me move! He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and how to negotiate the best deal! He explained contracts and offers thoroughly so I understood fully what I was reading and signing.
