My father is a stellar real estate agent who was out of the country at the time my husband and I found a house we just.had.to.buy. He helped us negotiate additional time and flexibility from the Seller during escrow when minor issues arose. We felt very comfortable that all communications and deal points were in good hands with Christian. He was able to gage our experience and communication preferences easily, and gave us the perfect amount of independence throughout the process, but still remained very present and on top of things as needed. If we ever find ourselves in need of working with another realtor or area specialist, we wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
