She is sweet, relaxed (no pressure), yet very attentive to our needs and has a lot of experience. Because we were first time homebuyers, we texted her with all types of random questions. She responded quickly and accurately and worked late into the night to meet deadlines and ensure that everything went smooth (it did). She showed us that buying a home requires a strategic approach to get the best deal and it’s not just about money.
