I had the pleasure of working with Soudabeh Rad to purchase my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Soudabeh was knowledgeable, professional, and always had my best interests in mind. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but she was patient and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. She was always available to answer my calls and emails, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire journey. Overall, I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home.

We can't say enough good words about Sue!!! She is professional, positive, decisive and just such a wonderful person to spend time with. We are first time homebuyers and Sue guided us with patience and respect throughout the whole process which took about 6 months to complete. In the beginning, we didn't really have realistic idea of what we could afford or what is the right neighborhood for us. Not once did we feel rushed or unwelcomed. She always treated us with respect and kindness, gently guiding us to the right direction without being pushy. Looking back, we realize that she has done a lot of research on behalf of us and really put us first in all her decisions when she could have just put minimum effort. Her integrity is on the highest level and we know we can trust her. When we faced some issues during the purchase process, she was always on our side, listening to us, fighting for us and even negotiating to get us the very best deal.
