We decided to list with Andy and are glad that we did. Andy provided excellent consultation and guidance throughout the listing and escrow process. He expertly negotiated the sales contract and repairs. He was very responsive to my calls as were his support team. I highly recommend Andy and his team to any potential seller and buyer.

Excellent. Went above and beyond what we expected. Brad helped with negotiations, always answered his phone and was always asking what else he could do to help us. This included making calls to the escrow company when they dropped the ball. We will definitely use Brad again!Highly recommend!
