I would HIGHLY recommend Ken if you are looking to sell your home. From before the first meeting all the way through completing the sale, Ken was always very prepared and kept us appraised of what's happening through constant communication. He asked several questions to bring a net sheet to our first meeting and I knew, he would be up to the task with his preparation and attention to detail.
