My husband and I have been looking for our dream house by the ocean for the last 2.5 years and Tina has been helping us every step of the way. She is not a type of agent that would only say positive things about the house to sell for commission, but rather stays very objective and points out both good and bad. She has such a great knowledge and is very detailed oriented that helped us tremendously. There were so many incidents that inspectors, seller agent and we missed that she caught and corrected. There were a few times that things almost fell apart but she was always positive and found solutions for us and guided us in the right direction.
