He always looked out for our interests and was quick to answer and respond to all our questions and concerns (especially as first-time home buyers). It always felt like we were safe with Emilio. We were able to negotiate a good price for the home, and Emilio knew exactly how to do it. Once we went into escrow, Emilio was spot on in his recommendations for inspections and repairs. I think it's rare to find an agent who combines all the traits that Emilio has. He's a great guy and an excellent agent. We couldn't have been happier, and we highly recommend Emilio.
