Christian and his team earn every penny of the commission by outworking everyone else and making sure everything goes smooth and quick. Christian came with a fully prepped binder on my specific house and an entire plan of action to market and sell the property. While my remodel was being finished he was out using all the various social media platforms and connections he has to build hype and interest for the property.
