I tried to express my thoughts above but ran out of room. So, I might repeat myself. I've known Maggie for 16 years from when she sold us this house originally. At that time, she new we were looking and brought this house to our attention. We virtually bought it on the spot thanks to her vigilance and knowledge

Kathy was incredible to work with. From start to finish she kept the communication flowing. She went out of her way to check with both our HOA and the City for us about a few questions that came up. She ran multiple open houses. She always had our back. Without her help and hard work the entire process could have been very stressful. We know. It was not our first Rodeo. We would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a realtor, that they trust, that goes the extra mile and get results. Thank you again Kathy
