I have bought and sold four houses to date and Jose Viramontes was by far the most professional real estate agent I have worked with, and he was amazingly helpful as well! Jose showed us all the areas where we could improve our position and helped us make all the correct improvements while avoiding the unnecessary. There were many times when we needed a referral for a contractor or just help in understanding the process going forward and Jose always had the answer for what we needed! He even helped us move things into storage (in the garage) to prepare the house for pictures and staging. Jose's contribution to the sale of our home was well above and beyond our expectations.

Bill follows through on all contractual tasks politely and on time. Understanding the limited service agency concept is important for the owner hiring his team as we, the owners, have chosen to take on a lot of responsibilities to save money. Thankfully if you find yourself overwhelmed or lacking time to fulfill the time sensitive responses to buyers or escrow, he offers a very competitive flat service package to take over the tasks and advise you they the offer to closing process. I chose to handle myself, but if a work project had popped up when it got busy with offers and negotiations, I was prepared to hire him to wrap up the sale so I could go work where I would make far more than I was saving do things myself. All work by Bill was completely correctly and on time.
