There were many times when we needed a referral for a contractor or just help in understanding the process going forward and Jose always had the answer for what we needed! He even helped us move things into storage (in the garage) to prepare the house for pictures and staging. Jose's contribution to the sale of our home was well above and beyond our expectations.

Jose, was very knowledgeable / experienced. He assisted me with selling my parents residence which was a Trust sale. In my case Jose recognized based on my situation my sale would require probate court. He was able to recommend an attorney to me. He was able to list the home for sale and write the details about the probate court in sale. Our house sold within days even with the court pending. Once court approved sale the house, escrow closed in a couple weeks. Jose always answered and questions and concerns I had. He kept me in the loop and was a pleasure to work with.
