Thankfully if you find yourself overwhelmed or lacking time to fulfill the time sensitive responses to buyers or escrow, he offers a very competitive flat service package to take over the tasks and advise you they the offer to closing process. I chose to handle myself, but if a work project had popped up when it got busy with offers and negotiations, I was prepared to hire him to wrap up the sale so I could go work where I would make far more than I was saving do things myself. All work by Bill was completely correctly and on time.
