Iris came highly recommended to me by a former high school classmate. I am delighted I selected Iris to list the property for sale. She was always on time, polite and professional. She guided me through the entire sales process, keeping me up to date. She was able to get more than the listed price for the property. Once the property went live on the MLS, she had showings scheduled for the next three days with an offer being received on the sixth day and an offer being accepted on the seventh day. Quick sale! If you want an agent that is very professional at her job, then Iris Stricklin is the one for you.

Working with Frank Kaka was an absolute pleasure! As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous, but Frank Kaka was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and guided us through every step. They never pressured us and genuinely cared about finding the perfect home for our family. Highly recommend!" Thank you again
