Monica Munive was amazing! We started the home buying process at the end of December 2023 and closed on our dream home about one month later. On our very first attempt of seeing homes we had submitted offers. Monica along with our lender Josue Romo worked relentlessly to get us closed on our home. Our home buying process quick and easy, we were in the process for about one month in a half (including 30 day escrow). The communication from both of them is what we had hoped for since we were first time home buyers and did not know what to expect. It brought lot of ease and and made the home buying process much easier. I would highly recommend Monica as a realtor as she has shown expertise in her field, gave us motivation and brought a very positive home buying experience. Josue was also very communicative on what the process was going to look like and was always available for any questions we had. Josue is very knowledgeable and was determined to get us in our dream home.
