Initially we thought we wanted a lake front house. Trace showed us enough properties in various price ranges. We then realized how tough it would be to find the perfect location so Trace produced copious amounts of past and present data so we could find the perfect place and contact these property owners. Then we changed our minds and decided to look at condos and once again Trace stuck with us providing past and present sales and statistics on condo prices. Once we determined the best condo complex for us, Trace helped us determine which individual units would be best for us which unfortunately were not for sale. Through his repeated efforts, he contacted the owners and helped arrange the final sale. Trace went above and beyond our expectations and never gave up on us.
