We met James at his open house one day. We ended up chatting for awhile and James was so enthusiastic about real estate, his experiences in real estate, and his general knowledge about the market, we decided to contact James a month or so later to assist my family member in the purchase of their first home. We could not be more grateful that we decided to reach out to James. Buying a first home is a big financial and emotional step, and having a great real estate agent to walk you through the ups and downs of the process can not be overstated. James was that and more; he was communicative, kind, knowledgeable, a great listener, understood that buying a home can be challenging, even for those of us that have experience in real estate. James never made us feel like we were asking too much or acted like we were being difficult when we weren't sure about something. James was always calm, cool, and collected -- because his goal is to find you your "home." James goes above and beyond, is dedicated to helping his clients even after the house is purchased, and his calming presence is something that is felt long after the home buying transaction is complete. We are so grateful we found James!

All of the questions we had were answered with much knowledge, patience and grace. Gen was extremely helpful with some of the bumps we had during this process and had a solution before we had to ask. Communication with Gen was excellent, she matched our energy as we were always checking in and asking for updates. As first time buyers going in this crazy market, Gen has years of experience and information that benefited us during our home search. We always asked her for suggestions and trusted her advice. We were extremely active in our home search, weekdays and weekends and Gen was always down to show. We found our first home and Gen is still helping us sort through some things.
