iI met Saul Sylva in 2017 at an open house, I quickly noticed how motivated he was to show us homes and he was not my agent at the time. He is so confident and stood by his work that he did not even make me sign a contract until after he showed me a lot of homes. I love his motivation so I did sign with him. He is so patient and I am not an easy person to deal with needless to say I was so impressed by his knowledge and motivation that I would recommend him to anyone. In the initial sale of this home i tried using another agent who was so bad, he got fined by MLS and tried to pass on the $1,500 bill on to me, so let me tell u not all agents are the same. I went back to Saul and did not lift one finger since he handles even the most difficult cases. Example: during the sale of my home Saul noticed I was being charged two APN's that were not disclosed at the intial sale of my property. He quickly called the old title company and argued this point save me and made them pay foe that mistake, he saved me hundreds of dollars! This guy is the real deal and I would use him always. I cannot say enough good thins about him. He really looks out for his clients best interest. As someone who had little knowledge about the house buying process, Saul was both patient and extremely helpful through every step. The house buying process began a year ago, due to circumstances I was not able to buy a house at that moment but Saul stayed in touch with me and guided me on what had to be done so I could buy a house. When we began to search for a house, quarantine began and with no guaranteed income we stopped, and Saul understood and was respectful about our decision and was ready when we were ready to begin searching again. We were very pleased with his work because he helped us find exactly what we wanted in a house in all regards. He is an honest, hard working man who keeps his client’s best interest in mind.
