87 real estate agents in CA, 92567

We encountered complications with neighboring property, HOA delays, and buyers not meeting their end of the deal. Through it all Shawn kept a positive attitude and steered us through all the obstacles that came up. In the middle of the pandemic with interest rates rising Shawn still managed to sell our lot for a decent price.

Shawn Smithson was the selling agent for our house whom we highly recommend without any reservations. He provided outstanding customer service from the beginning of the process and continued to do so well after closing. Our experience began with him sitting down with us to learn about our reasons for selling and timeframe. After listening to us, he talked us through the real estate sales process. He was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the local market. Most importantly, he was always honest with us. He provided an unbiased valuation of our home and helped set a listing price. Once he received offers, he shared them with us immediately and thoroughly explained each offer. After we accepted an offer and signed the contract, he explained the steps required to complete and close the transaction. Each step of the way he communicated (texts, emails, and calls) regularly with us, was very helpful and ensured everything moved forward as planned and on schedule. We are sincerely grateful for his level of service, enthusiasm, and dedication to selling our house. We always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. We look forward to using Shawn again in the future and have already recommended him to friends! Greg and Marilyn Myler
