Hard Working with a Positive Attitude

We encountered complications with neighboring property, HOA delays, and buyers not meeting their end of the deal. Through it all Shawn kept a positive attitude and steered us through all the obstacles that came up. In the middle of the pandemic with interest rates rising Shawn still managed to sell our lot for a decent price.
