A very broad mandate that he handled exceptionally well and led to me purchasing two properties so far I plan to continue to work with Matt in the future as I grow my real estate portfolio. The service he provided post purchase has also gone above and beyond. He has been extremely helpful in finding me contractors, services and whatever else I need to get the properties ready to rent. I also use his property management company and have not had a single issue so far. I basically just receive a check in the mail and they handle everything else!
